This unusual combination is really quite refreshing but as you can tell from the ingredients is very healthy.
This recipe is best if prepared using a juice machine if you have one. If a stick blender is used instead, the drink will simply have a much thicker consistency.
Ingredients
4 small apples, cored
2 medium carrots peeled and cut in half
2 celery sticks
2 tablespoons lemon juice
6 Ice Cubes
Method
Place apples, celery sticks, carrots and lemon juice in the juicer and blend until juiced.
Serve immediately on ice.
